Evita Studios - Svoronata

Perfect setting, new-fashioned rooms, everything was perfect. Location so close to the beach. Near to where is possible to buy all thing, the airport and bus stop and a nearby shop.

I loved awesome and friendly employees.

It was a really lovely stay at Svoronata. Location was ideal and good, not far from the nearest taverna and supermarket. Also, it was based to the local restaurant Dum Spiros taxi.

The location was handy and unbeatable, close to most amenities. I thoroughly enjoyed the owner and awesome and caring staff.

It's a pity but the bathroom was very small.

Great value for money and convenient location! The proximity to the airport was a huge plus for us, as we could easily walk there. The comfortable rooms and lovely small swimming pool were also impressive. having a mini-market right next to the property was extremely convenient for grabbing any essentials we needed during our stay.

The occasional traffic noise and barking dogs from nearby properties were a slight downside, but it didn't bother us too much. Another disappointment was the pool area, which didn't live up to the photos.

The venue has spotless rooms and unbeatable location in close proximity to a bus station😀

It was located in a fairly nice area so close to the beach.

Convenient location just 2 km from Historical Houses and close to the beach and supermarket. Everything was perfect for my one-night stay. it was a great experience! 🏖️

We had a lovely stay in Lakithra just off Nearby restaurant, Zakynthos, and the local restaurant Dum Spiros taxi. It was good near to airport.

The apartment has particularly good and unbeatable near to the beach, airport & supermarket, a quiet area and where is possible to buy all thing.

I had a bit of trouble checking in at first, but once I was able to contact someone, they were waiting for me and got me settled in. The room itself was true to the photos, although it was a bit underwhelming in person. The bathroom was quite small, but it served its purpose. The highlight for me was the friendly family of cats living in the garden. They were adorable, although I can understand that not everyone would appreciate their presence. The parking space under the olive trees was a nice touch as well. the room was decent and the price was fair.

I would recommend this hotel for a short stay, especially if you love cats. However, if you're looking for a nice pool area, you might be disappointed.

We had a slight issue with the air conditioning unit leaking water, but the owner was quick to rectify it once we notified him. The apartment itself wasnice and neat, with regular cleaning service every 2 days. The pool area, although not as inviting as the photos, was still nice to relax by. The location was great, near the airport and within walking distance to a mini-market and a short drive to restaurants and shops. we had a decent stay at Evita Studios and would recommend it for a budget-friendly holiday.

I had a great stay at this lovely and clean apartment. the owner was very helpful and accommodating, allowing me to check in early for just the day before my evening flight. the surrounding gardens were beautiful, and the location was convenient, with a bus service nearby that takes you to Argostoli and some stunning beaches. I hope to return in the future. Cons: No issues at all! 🌟.
